Job title: UK Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Hit/exceed UK sales and order targets.
Develop strategic accounts and hunt new opportunities.
Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and forecast accurately.
Support and guide channel partners.
Represent the business at UK industry events and trade shows.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier delivery.

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in sales management or technical sales.
Background in process instrumentation or industrial tech is ideal.
Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and confident negotiator.
Proactive, commercially focused, and comfortable working independently.
CRM-savvy (Salesforce preferred), with solid Microsoft Office skills.
Based in the UK with flexibility to travel.
