Job Overview
Lead Telecommunications Engineer experienced in multi-discipline engineering teams on mainly oil & gas industry green field / brown field projects. Projects ranging from conceptual studies, FEED, and detailed design to complete installations.

Responsibilities
Ideal candidates should have experience developing client technical requirements into commercial design solutions and successful delivery experience in telecommunications systems including: Aeronautical navigation and communications systems CCTV systems. Data networks. Marine navaids and communications systems. Optical fibre communications systems. Public address and general alarm systems. Radio systems Satellite communications systemsAdditional ExperienceHands-on project experience in designing telecommunications solutions for Greenfield offshore project is essential. Experienced in developing philosophies, specifications, block drawings, and datasheets for all systems. Experienced in supporting the development of drawings, layouts, cable routing drawings, Cable Schedules, the scope of works. Awareness of National, International, and Oil company standards for example IEC, IMO, ICAO, BSI, ETSI, UKOOA, NORSOK, and ANATEL. Working experience in BP projects is an advantage.
