The Opportunity

The successful candidate will play a critical role managing the sale and delivery of projects for motorsport and OE solutions for customers at PWR North America. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions through collaboration with the local and global engineering teams.

Duties and Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your region that aligns with PWR’s overall objectives.
  • Lead and manage sales and project managers, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to thrive.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior management and global teams to develop strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure business.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including product selection and design feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and market analysis to senior leadership.
  • Track performance against budget, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with senior management and global teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
