Technical Sales Manager – Aerospace/Engineering
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle
Type: Permanent

Are you looking for a fresh challenge within a forward-thinking, engineering environment? We’re recruiting for a Technical Sales Manager to join a well-established engineering facility.

This is a great opportunity to step into a senior-level role focused on both developing new business and supporting internal sales operations. You’ll play a key part in shaping commercial strategy while managing a small, capable team.

What You’ll Be Doing:



Leading business development efforts and identifying new revenue streams

Managing relationships with key accounts and maximising order book value

*

Supporting the Internal Sales function

*

Interpreting technical drawings and customer specifications

*

Working closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders

You’ll Need To Have:

*

A technical sales or engineering background (ideally in aerospace/defence or nuclear industries)

*

Confidence reading and discussing technical drawings/specs

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Commercial awareness and ability to develop long-term customer relationships

*

Ideally, experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting
