We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge embedded systems projects across maritime and aerospace communication and surveillance technologies.
This is a key role within a growing, agile tech company developing next-generation situational awareness and maritime systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full lifecycle delivery of embedded systems projects in communication and surveillance domains
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (software, firmware, electronics, systems)
Ensure successful project execution across planning, delivery, risk, and stakeholder management
Act as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvementRequirements:

Proven experience managing embedded systems or technical engineering projects
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Background in maritime, aerospace, or defence communication/surveillance systems
Excellent communicator with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
