Key job responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and flexible Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to help our team build out our world-wide network of antennas and support infrastructure. This role will focus on the EMEA (Europe, Africa, and Middle East) region.

This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.

A day in the life
On our team you will:

-Work with vendors and Amazon engineering teams to procure, deploy and integrate the latest technologies into our service.

-Maintain relationships with our network of logisticians worldwide to efficiently move our equipment into place.

-Work closely with Amazon’s Global Trade, Legal and other internal teams to solidify our shipping routes.

-Organize our installation teams to meet an ambitious deployment schedule.

-Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers.

-Build relationships with our partner teams that support our operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Program or project management experience
Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience using Smartsheets

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Experience driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Proficient in other languages spoken across the region
Experience with HS Codes and ECCN
