Key Resposnsibilites

The Talent Development Lead is responsible for leading and managing employee relations initiatives, case management processes, and HR policy implementation. This role ensures a positive and compliant work environment by effectively handling employee concerns, supporting health and wellbeing and partnering with senior stakeholders. 

As the Talent Development Lead you will:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on workplace concerns, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers on handling employee relations issues effectively.
  • Lead and manage employee relations case investigations including performance-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all employee relations cases in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support communities related to equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), health and wellbeing and the apprenticeship programme.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to step into difficult conversations. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with stakeholders at all levels.
