As TA Partner, you will manage full lifecycle recruiting for the EMEA region and other countries as needed and work closely with key stakeholders such as the business leaders, HRBPs and HROps colleagues. You will support process improvement initiatives and participate actively in realizing the future state vision and strategy company goals.



What will you do ?


  • Manage requisitions through full lifecycle to include: approving requisitions within the system, leading Recruitment Strategy Meetings, reviewing and enhancing job descriptions, posting jobs, sourcing through various channels, video interviewing/screening, scheduling interviews, facilitating debriefs, and offer management.
  • Build solid relationships with key partners across the organization that yield consistent process and impactful results
  • Guide local HR on recruitment best practices, process improvements and technical support.
  • Use data and market intelligence to provide consultative guidance
  • Find innovative ways to identify and attract ‘difficult-to-reach' candidates
  • Build external relationships with diversity associations and university programs and alumni groups
  • Provide an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process via regular and timely communication and status updates
  • Educate the Hiring Manager / interview panels on the recruiting process and help build their interview capabilities on an ongoing basis
  • Promote the Employee Referral Programs in partnership with the Local HR teams.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand through various channels to attract top talent
  • Oversee and ensure compliance of the company’s guidelines and policies related to the TA function such as Job Requisition and Offer letter approvals.
  • Adhere to and keep current with all local, state, and federal employment laws throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain TA systems and trackers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in special projects relating to Talent Acquisition and within the larger Human Resources function
  • Participate actively in process improvement projects and be proactive in putting forward initiatives aimed to increase the efficiency and quality of the TA function.

What do we look for?


Experience:Solid recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings, or a combination. Ideally possess a manufacturing sector recruitment background and familiar with working within a matrix organization.

  • Expertise with international recruitment and international stakeholder management is highly valued.
  • Expert user of Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Workday is highly valued.


Education:Bachelor's degree is a must.


Language:High level of English is a must, additional languages is a strong preference.

Location: Ideally a hybrid arrangement with 2 days/week office presence at our Barcelona-Spain, Manchester-England or Uithoorn-Netherlands sites.
