Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-lifecycle systems engineering, working across theV-Modelto develop, test, and validate advanced solutions.
• Define and manage system requirements, ensuring seamless alignment with project goals and performance criteria.
• Collaborate on subsystem integrationfor complexelectronics systemsin submarine platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolvesystem-level challenges to meet demanding operational standards.
• Support testing and validation, ensuring systems perform reliably under challenging conditions.

• Portsmouth, with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• 5+ yearsof experience insystems engineering, particularly indefence or marine industries.
• Expertise inV-Model developmentandfull lifecycle engineering.
• Strong understanding ofelectronicsand experience withsubmarine systemsor equivalent technologies.
• Sole British citizenshipwith eligibility forsecurity clearance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge ofmission-critical communicationsandintelligent systems.
• Experience in sectors such as defence, aerospace,nuclear, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with tools for requirements management and system modelling.
