The Role:

Painting of a variety of aircraft components, ranging from intricate aerospace part to wider range of components. Keeping to company aerospace standards for quality, with the use of anti-gravity spray guns and HVLP guns to meet to specifications.

Responsibilities of the role:

Be part of the wheel and brake painting assembly within Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) and Operations in Aerospace Manufacturing
Directly Spray paint Aerospace brake components in manufacturing operations production
You will liaise with the Wheel and Brake Assembly team to meet deadlines at final assembly
Work a range of aircraft sectors; such as military, civil or private for best paint practice
Use Painter tools to perform best practice, such as gravity fed spray guns
Keep to Painter safety requirements and shop floor safety standardsSkills required:

Previous experience within a Spray Painter position
Experience using gravity fed spray guns such as a HVLP gun is advantageous
Can review and interpret engineering drawings
Strong communication skills as you liaise with the wider teams
High attention to detail
Audit and process knowledge
