Our client, a prominent player in the Aerospace sector, is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer contractor to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role requires a professional who can bring innovative solutions to the table and ensure top-notch SharePoint service delivery across UK Business.

Remote working but able to attend site in Preston 1 or 2 times per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside Squad Leads, Business Engagement Leads, and Stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverable work packages.
Adapt plans based on prioritisation to meet changing demands.
Investigate, define, and resolve complex technical issues, providing solutions within agile frameworks.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Influence customers and contribute expertise in your area.
Ensure high performance levels and implement improvement activities where necessary.
Lead workshops, provide demos, and gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
Maintain effective working relationships with team members, users, and customers to ensure user needs are met throughout the process.

Job Requirements:

Experience with multiple versions of SharePoint.
Knowledge of ITIL Processes for best practice application management.
Understanding of application development and promotion into multiple environments.
Experience managing Stakeholders and using 3rd party tools like Nintex, K2, Sharegate, Linkfixer.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and changing priorities effectively.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Highly organised and detail-conscious, with a collaborative work ethic.

Qualifications:

ITIL Foundation or appropriate ITIL Intermediate training (desirable).
