Are you an experienced Service Manager ready to take on a dynamic leadership role? Our client—a market-leading provider of innovative materials handling solutions—is seeking a talented Service Manager to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.

About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all service operations, ensuring that maintenance, repair, and support for industrial cooling systems and HVAC equipment are executed to the highest standards. You’ll lead a dedicated team, collaborate with clients, and continuously improve service processes to meet the rigorous demands of the industrial sector.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the service and maintenance of industrial cooling systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of service technicians, ensuring optimal performance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and update service procedures and documentation.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager, preferably with industrial cooling systems or HVAC expertise.
• A strong technical background with an understanding of complex industrial systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage teams and deliver projects on time while upholding high service standards.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field are advantageous.
