Part of a major international engineering group, this organisation is embarking on a significant investment programme to transform a large production site with new buildings, facilities and capital equipment.  
Senior Programme Manager – Manufacturing Site Transformation  
Salary:  Highly competitive salary & benefits package
Location: West Midlands (commutable from Dudley, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Redditch, Telford, South Birmingham areas)
Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for a multi million pound Site Transformation programme delivering new buildings, site facilities and upgrading & installing new manufacturing equipment, without disrupting current production operations
o Managing the implementation and delivery of large site transformation budget
o Sub-contractor management/co-ordination, supervision and instruction to meet required standards
o Designing new manufacturing facilities, refurbishing existing facilities and transferring production into new factory
o Installation and management of site utilities as part of the facilities management team
o Installation and management of production machinery and process layout as part of the manufacturing engineering team
o Compilation of CAPEX documentation for presentation to directors
o Creating tender documentation and sending it out to all relevant contractors prior to procurement
o Ensuring all CDM management, risk assessments and methods statements are adhered to
o Active management of and engagement with internal and external stakeholders
Experience:
You will already have significant experience in a Programme Manager, Facilities Manager or Engineering Project Manager capacity with expertise in technical contractor management and site co-ordination
o Proven track record of delivering large capital expenditure projects within time and budget
o Background delivering manufacturing infrastructure, site facilities and production equipment
o Proven ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams delivering high value turnkey projects
o Analytical with good judgement, commercial business sense and problem solving skills
o Relation builder with good communications  skills with both internal and external stakeholders
o Structured worker with good time management and project management ability
