The successful candidate will join a skilled team of engineers, supporting multiple projects at any one time through the end-to-end process.

As a senior engineer within a team of 10, you’ll effectively be the right-hand person to the Lead Product Design Engineer, lending your expertise to junior colleagues, ensuring the accuracy of their work and providing guidance as required. Working in collaboration with a variety of departments, your role will enjoy a high level of visibility within the business.

Who we’re looking for…

The ideal candidate for this position will be:

  • Educated to Masters level – likely MEng, or perhaps MPhys with a mechanically focused BEng degree

  • Experienced and highly knowledgeable in industrial manufacturing processes such as grinding, milling and turning

  • Preferably experienced in rotating equipment

  • Already working within high precision engineering sector such as aerospace, automotive or medical devices

  • A highly effective communicator, capable of mentoring and guiding a team of junior engineers

  • Collaborative, innovative and ambitious – with a desire to solve complex engineering problems for exciting current and future applications
