Key Responsibilities of a Senior Mechanical Engineer
Lead the mechanical design of high-speed rotating components and power control systems, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and customer requirements.
Develop 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and assembly designs, applying GD&T principles for manufacturing accuracy.
Conduct engineering analysis such as FEA, DFMEA, tolerance stack-up studies, and root cause investigations.
Research advanced materials and manufacturing techniques to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to drive successful product development from concept to production.
Support prototype testing, mathematical modeling, and performance validation.What We’re Looking For in a Senior Mechanical Engineer
Degree (BEng/BSc) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience in mechanical design for rotating machines, propulsion systems, or high-performance drivetrains.
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and technical drawings.
Experience with ANSYS (Maxwell & FEA) for structural and thermal analysis.
Knowledge of international compliance standards and engineering regulations.
A problem-solver with a hands-on approach, commercial awareness, and a passion for innovation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
