Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (Aerospace)£45,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + 34 Days Holiday + FlexitimeBedfordAre you a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer looking for an exciting role with an industry-leading Aerospace company, offering progression paths into leadership roles, training on CATIA V5 software and the opportunity to work on classified designs for blue-chip clients?On offer is the opportunity to join an independent research and development organisation within the aerospace industry, providing aerodynamic consultancy to major aircraft manufacturers globally. They are looking to continue their organic growth having secured further contracts with classified blue-chip clients.In this role you will be using 3D CAD software to create design schemes, proposals and engineering drawings for a range of blue-chip clients. You will carry out static stress calculations and Finite Element Analysis to ensure designs are safe and compliant with wind tunnel standards.
