Our client, a designer of innovative automotive systems that push the boundaries of performance and efficiency is currently looking for a Senior Harness Technician. The successful candidate will build electrical wiring harnesses to exact standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality.
  
The Senior Harness Technician will:

Work with workshop manager in day to day running of the harness workshop.
Raise all build related issues, deviations and continuous improvement opportunities with the line manager.
Carry out line inspections.
Pick lineside stock parts required for the assembly.
Carry out any duties as required by the company to ensure a quality product and service is delivered to customers on time in full.
Provide guidance and advice to trainee technicians.   
The Senior Harness Technician will have:

Previous extensive experience across multiple OEM and system 25 harnesses (motorsport/aerospace)
Ability to mentor junior technicians
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Cirris or another electrical harness testing software experience
Ability to diagnose issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
