Head of Commercial Property / Commercial Director / Partner (MRICS) – London – £Outstanding + Equity & Profit Share

We’re working with a long established, highly successful, super prime London firm of Chartered Surveyors.

Best known for their exceptional Prime London Residential Surveying services, they are now looking to further develop their Commercial Property offering with the appointment of a Commercial Property Director / Partner as follows:

  • Prime London/West End office base (with flexible / home working and satellite office working options to suit)

  • Heading up and developing further the entire Commercial Property Function of the business (you will leverage your own network of contacts / work whilst servicing those already in hand)

  • Focused on providing Commercial Acquisitions & Disposals, Valuation, Asset Management, Rent Reviews & Lease Consultancy

  • Strategic input and planning alongside the incumbent directors, shaping the future direction and profitability of the business

  • MRICS qualified with 5 years+ PQE (VRS beneficial but not essential)

  • You will currently hold a senior title and be looking to move to Partner/Director level with equity (your shareholding will increase over time to majority status)

  • Commercially savvy, natural team leader, able to fee earn whilst building a team and managing others

  • Exceptional London/South East Market knowledge essential.

    In addition to an exceptional basic salary (negotiable) you can expect profit share, equity (with your shareholding increasing to majority level over time) and extensive benefits.
