Senior Frontend Developer Location: London (Hybrid) Terms: Permanent Full-Time Salary: Up to £70,000 Are you a Frontend developer interested in not just coding but also having a technical and strategic impact? The company/The role One of the UK’s largest ticket providers is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with React, Next.js and Tailwind CSS expertise to join their team. Over the last 20 years, they have acquired several entertainment-related businesses including smaller ticketing platforms, mobile apps, venues, and production. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining multiple products in the portfolio but will primarily own and drive the development of their new eCommerce frontend for their largest platform. You’ll work as a Senior Frontend Developer building and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and performant web applications using React, Next JS and Tailwind CSS. You’ll be fully embedded into the Product team and actively contributing to design, scoping, prioritisation, and iterative feature delivery. You’ll apply insights from user analysis & A/B testing to inform decisions about feature selection & design. Creating highly operable applications with rich logging and telemetry. You’ll optimise applications for speed, scalability, and best-in-class user experience, providing support for any technical issues and be the point of contact for the platforms. You’ll be responsible for growing and scaling their frontend development tools and processes to support fast and stable shipping of new features. Finally, you’ll set the tone and direction of their frontend development driving best practices and overall vision, as well as participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members. Experience needed First and foremost you will have experience working as a Frontend or Full-stack developer building web applications using React. You’ll have a track record in implementing user interfaces, ideally in the eCommerce space. You’ll have experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend applications; exposure to CMS (headless desirable but not a necessity). It would be ideal, but not essential if you’ve worked on Frontend projects with C# backends. You’ll be experienced in agile and iterative software delivery with strong collaboration with Product Management, designer and UX. You’ll posses skills to address vague problems, propose innovative solutions, and execute them with a strong focus on user needs and metrics to drive decisions. Finally, you’ll take a pragmatic and agile approach to building frontend applications with the ability to drive and influence architectural decisions. Why apply?
