Job Description: Senior Client Executive/Account Manager - Aerospace

Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our Aviation Specialty team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich . It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will manage an insurance portfolio of Aviation Clients across the industry.
The Aviation and Aerospace Specialty Practice combines deep industry understanding with extensive product knowledge, market access, and experience in specialty insurance. Product Lines include Aerospace, General Aviation, Airlines, Accident & Health, and Space.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a global client base, including Direct Clients and Producers.
Handling Insurance and Reinsurance placements.
Managing a broad portfolio with varying complexity.
Collaborating with team members, brokers, insurers, and clients.
Managing client inquiries, creating slips, liaising with brokers, preparing quotations, and managing policies throughout their lifecycle.
Building and maintaining client relationships and addressing risk management needs.
Engaging in senior-level client interactions, demonstrating expertise in coverage and problem-solving.
Utilizing industry knowledge to review exposures, analyze loss experience, and develop solutions, including recommending additional products.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in a client-facing role, preferably with a London Market Broker.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong client interaction and presentation skills.
Preferred qualities:
Knowledge of the Aviation market.
Experience in Aerospace.
Technical knowledge of aerospace clauses and wordings.
