Tasks


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective aerospace clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the aerospace component manufacturing sector.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of RBC's offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring profitable growth while maintaining the company's values of integrity and respect.
  • 50% travel to visit customers or teams


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and engineering within the aerospace industry.
  • Minimum 5 years leading a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace component manufacturing processes and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Must reside in the UK and have a proven work history of aerospace component sales management.
