Sales Coordinator – Global Manufacturing LeaderBolton  Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:30pm
Permanent Position  £28,000 – £30,000

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage key UK and US accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account growth through strategic insight and operational excellence. What You’ll Be Doing:Account Management & Customer Service

Be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Build trust through regular communication and occasional on-site visits
Deliver outstanding service with minimal errorsSales Support & Growth

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Support tenders, quotes, and long-term agreements
Generate new business through leads, lapsed clients, and market intelligenceOrder & Forecast Management

Oversee customer orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and product specs
Collaborate with internal teams to meet technical and quality requirementsMarket Insight & Strategy

Monitor trends in aerospace and specialty metals
Use insights to inform pricing and strategic decisionsIssue Resolution & Compliance

Proactively resolve delivery, quality, or documentation issues
Maintain accurate records and support audits and reviewsPerformance Reporting

Track and report on key account metrics to drive continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in the steel or manufacturing industry
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Strong administrative and customer service background
