Regional Sales Manager – South of England

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales operations across the South of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet regional sales objectives.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in the region.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

    Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role within the CNC machine tools or related engineering sector.

  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its challenges.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the South of England.

  • A valid UK driving license.
