Chase Taylor Recruitment has partnered with a very high-end successful fenestration business who are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team and help increase the company profile.Our client manufactures and supplies skylights, roof lights and large glass roofs for the commercial, retail and domestic market. This company takes pride in their products alongside making sure their customers get the best experience. They are experts in developing innovative ways of bringing daylight and ventilation into buildings with a range of roof lights.The right candidate for this role will have a solid background in sales within the fenestration industry selling into architects, specifiers and contractors. The region this role will be covering is the whole South of the UK, which includes the South Coast up to the Thames and South Wales.Benefits: * 25 days holiday * Car allowance * Performance bonus based on up to 25% of salaryThe role responsibilities: * Develop and deliver a comprehensive regional sales plan that targets profitable growth from specification, project and customer leads, relationships and quotations * Identification of new customers, making contact and initiating the sales process * Provide technical advice to customers and assist with specification of products * Efficiently and effectively generate quotations and follow up with proactive, structured quotation tracking * Be part of the management team supporting strategy to develop and improve business performance * Traveling to site or customers office as required * Work with the marketing department to develop strategies and agree on promotions * Liaise with the sales, technical, finance, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate * Any other duties as requiredCandidates’ skills & experience: * Qualifications in economics/industrial engineering or something similar * Have industry and product knowledge of windows and doors * Hold excellent technical knowledge * Be computer literate and able to us MS office package * Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems * Have excellent communication and organisational skills * Be forward thinking and sales driven * Willingness to travelIf you would like to find out more about this role, please click ‘apply’ or contact Guy at Chase Taylor Recruitment and quote reference number MM5902
