Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager for a Manufacturing company based in Nuneaton.
 
This is an exciting position suited to candidates experienced within Aerospace, that have started their career within Inspection and worked up into a management position.
 
Role responsibilities –

For the role of Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's ISO9000 Quality and Health & Safety functions as well as various aspects of the facility management and maintenance.
Working in close co-operation with the Directors, Section Managers and Staff this individual must ensure the practical and pragmatic application of Quality and H&S systems. The Quality Manager must ensure compliance with the necessary processes and legislation whilst at the same time maintaining the efficient and flexible operation of the company.
Completing FAIRs reports and PPAP
For the Quality Manager role, you will be key in the implementation and management of the company Quality and H&S processes, businesses expenditure, personnel issues and site housekeeping as may be assigned to him/her and as directed by the Board from time to time.
Conduct & maintain internal quality audits.
Conduct & maintain internal Health & Safety audits.
Liaise with external Health & Safety consultants.
Manage the quality inspectors on site.
Manage and maintain safety related issues and records including COSHH, LOLER, SEMA First Aid, health screening, PATS testing, equipment inspection and calibration etc.
Liaise with both customers and suppliers on quality and certification related issues.
In the absence of the Quality Inspector, handle goods inward and final inspection duties.
For the role of Quality Manager, you will attend internal and external meetings and training as necessary & identified by the Directors. 
Role requirements –

You will be experienced within a management role for the role of Quality Manager.
For the role of Quality Manager, you will have a background within Quality Inspection.
Experience with ISO9000 or ISO9001 is essential to be considered.
FAIRs and PPAP experience is required for the Quality Manager role, ideally using Net Inspect software.
Experience completing Quality and Health & Safety Audits is required.
