Salary: UP TO £55,000 + 15% BONUS

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected manufacturing business that supplies high-quality components to the automotive sector. This is a unique opportunity to join their only manufacturing site, based in Lancaster, which supports a network of distributor sites globally.

About the Role:
As Quality Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the site's adherence to ISO 9001 standards. This role involves direct interaction with overseas internal customers, working collaboratively to resolve quality issues remotely and ensure customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to represent the business on the global stage while driving quality excellence locally.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the site's ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Work closely with international internal customers to identify, investigate, and resolve quality concerns remotely.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high product quality and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other teams to align processes with customer and business requirements.
Act as the key quality contact for the Lancaster site, ensuring it remains a leader in the company's manufacturing network.The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive sector or a similar manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and its application in a manufacturing setting.
Excellent communication skills with experience in managing remote customer relationships.
