£30,000 - £35,000 + Training to Engineer + Early Finish Friday + Company Bonus + Company Benefits

Are you a Quality Inspector from a Manufacturing background looking to progress your career by becoming a Quality Engineer for a distributor in bespoke aerospace/automotive components where you will receive excellent training to reach your full potential?

In this role, you'll inspect specialist fasteners from international manufacturers to ensure they meet strict quality standards before export to American markets. You'll also maintain quality documentation, uphold policies, and support client satisfaction through regular checks and reporting. You will shadow a senior to fully train you in IATF16949 quality standards.

This company opened its doors 20 years ago and has since established itself as a key player in the distribution of fasteners to the American market. Supplying critical components to sectors such as defence, automotive, aerospace, and more, you'll be joining a rapidly growing, forward-thinking business with a strong foundation and a future-proof outlook.

This role would suit a Quality Inspector ready to step up into a Quality Engineer position within a company that actively supports your development through comprehensive one-to-one shadowing.

The Role:

Inspecting goods such as fasteners using callipers, gages and optical measurement systems
Maintaining policies and documents, making regular checks with clients and making reports
Training on IATF16949 through one to one shadowing
Comprehensive training on products
Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Thursday 8:00am - 2:00pmThe Person:
