A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to join a leading aerospace manufacturer based in Sheffield. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary of £40,000 plus a strong benefits package. Youll be joining a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on high standards, quality compliance, and continuous improvement.


Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to quality standards including AS9100 and ISO9001.


Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysis and resolution activities.
Maintain and update business management systems to reflect current processes and standards.
Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure product compliance.
Generate and report on quality performance metrics across teams and projects.

What Experience is Required

Previous experience in a Quality Engineering role, ideally in the aerospace sector.


Internal auditing qualification (minimum ISO9001) ideally with working knowledge of AS9100.
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
