The role:
This role involves the overall management and responsibility for market-oriented offers and studies related to space missions and systems, particularly in the defence sector. Key responsibilities include preparing competitive offers, managing the entire process with a focus on quality assurance and risk management, and leading the team to meet deadlines and ensure quality standards. The position also involves close coordination with relevant departments and subcontractors, analysing offer key figures to derive optimization measures, and supporting the acquisition of new offers and studies, including preparing both commercial and technical documentation.

What we want from you:

Degree in aerospace engineering or a related field
Proven experience in managing space systems or satellite studies, with a focus on project cost estimation
Familiarity with the requirements of military clients or space agencies
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of enhancing technical designs
Fluent in both German and English
