Project Manager - Defence & Aerospace | Kidderminster
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
Location: Hybrid / On-site in Kidderminster
Employment Type: Permanent

Our client who is a leading Aerospace & Defence Manufacturer is looking to a driven Project Manager to lead key aerospace/defence projects from concept through to delivery.

The Role:
You'll manage end-to-end project lifecycles across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and customer satisfaction. You'll act as a key liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and external stakeholders, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance are met throughout.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven project management experience in engineering, defence, or aerospace
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working in an Engineering/Aerospace industry.
  • Prior Project experience related to New Product Introduction & R&D
  • Prince2, APM or similar certification desirable

    This candidate will likely be working on projects than span from 12 Months to 5 years and will be a crucial member of the Program Management team.
