Project Manager - (Maritime & Aerospace)
Remote First | Occasional Travel to Bristol or Surrey
£DOE | Permanent


We're looking for an experiencedProject Managerto lead the delivery of cutting-edgeembedded systems projectsacrossmaritime and aerospace communication and surveillance technologies.
This is a key role within a growing, agile tech company developingnext-generation situational awareness and maritime systems.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead full lifecycle delivery ofembedded systemsprojects in communication and surveillance domains


Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (software, firmware, electronics, systems)
Ensure successful project execution across planning, delivery, risk, and stakeholder management
Act as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders
ApplyAgile/Scrummethodologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Proven experience managingembedded systems or technical engineering projects


Strong understanding of theSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Background inmaritime, aerospace, or defence communication/surveillance systems
Excellent communicator with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
Experience delivering in Agile or hybrid environments
