Project Engineer. OX29, Eynsham. £40,000 - £50,000

  • Project Engineer, Development Engineer, NPI Engineer, Process Engineer or similar. Responsible for the design and development for new technical products used in the Automotive & Motorsport industries.
  • Rough salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on the individual + Wider benefits package.
  • This role will be ideal for an engineer or manufacturing professional accustomed to developing and improving engineering manufacturing streams – your role will span full support of both new product introduction and the improvement of existing processes.
  • A background in a regulated environment will be beneficial – dealing with projects for the Military / Defence, Aerospace & Automotive / Motorsport sectors. Any exposure or working towards ISO standards.
  • Working for an SME business – this will be an extremely varied role and will require you to be dynamic, will suit someone who is used to operating in a smaller sized business operating at a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment.
    This Project Engineer job will suit:
  • Project Engineer, Development Engineer, NPI Engineer, Process Engineer or similar or similar
  • Worked on projects or with manufacturing processes that are used in highly regulated environments – Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Motorsport or similar.
  • Full span of support from new product introduction, as well as improvement of existing processes.
  • Ideally you will have a good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, a qualification or degree in an engineering subject would be beneficial. Able to read and interpret CAD / Engineering drawings.
