As a Programme Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping high-profile programmes, working closely within the team to manage internal and external relationships, ensuring the organisation remains a trusted partner for defence and intelligence initiatives. Working in a particular structure across Programme Management and Engineering, you will help align our offering with evolving customer needs, and growing the portfolio.

Skills, qualifications, and requirements:

Current high level Security Clearance (UKIC DV/eDV); This is an essential for this role.
Understanding the operational needs and challenges faced by the UKIC.
An instant ability to anticipate second-order consequences and plan effectively with strategic thinking.
Both written and verbal communcation skills of the highest level, with the ability to engage stakeholders, customers, clients, teams both technical and non-technical.
