We’re working with a rapidly scaling aerospace business that’s just secured two major new contracts, driving a significant phase of growth and innovation. As part of this expansion, they’re looking for an experienced Aerospace Programme Manager to take ownership of complex, fast-moving projects.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic delivery environment, where agility, precision, and cross-functional leadership are key.

The Role:

You’ll be at the centre of programme execution—coordinating the delivery of technically advanced aerospace products in short, intensive development cycles. Working across engineering, product, operations and customer teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities of the Aerospace Programme Manager:

Lead the end-to-end programme management of technically complex aerospace products
Drive progress across engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams
Maintain momentum and clarity in a short, agile delivery cycle
Manage stakeholder communication and align deliverables with contract requirements
Support the development of scalable processes as the business grows 

What You’ll Need as an Aerospace Programme Manager:

Aerospace background is essential – ideally within a design and manufacturing environment
Proven track record of managing complex programmes from concept to delivery
Strong understanding of project planning tools and risk management
Excellent interpersonal skills – able to build relationships across technical and commercial teams
