Mazco Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a market-leading CNC precision engineering company within the aerospace sector, based in Coventry. Due to continued growth and investment, we are looking to speak with experienced Production Managers who are passionate about driving performance and quality on the shop floor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong CNC machining background and a track record of success in aerospace manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities



Lead daily production operations across CNC milling, turning, and supporting processes.

*

Manage a skilled team of machinists, operators, and programmers, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.

*

Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer and internal deadlines.

*

Champion a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and efficiency.

*

Ensure strict adherence to AS9100 and customer-specific aerospace standards.

*

Work closely with quality, planning, and engineering teams to resolve issues and optimise processes.

*

Monitor and report on KPIs, driving performance across output, quality, and delivery.

*

Maintain tooling, materials, and resource planning to reduce downtime and waste.

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Production Manager (or similar leadership role) in a CNC aerospace environment.

*

Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining – both milling and turning.

*

Familiarity with aerospace quality standards, particularly AS9100.

*

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

*

Proficient in production planning tools and Microsoft Office software.

*

Results-driven, proactive mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.

Salary up to £60,000 per annum
