Production Controller

Salary: £35k-£40k
Location: Stadhampton
Hours: Full time, early finish Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent

Our market leading client is seeking an experienced Production Controller to join the team and work closely with the Quality and Manufacturing team and and work in accordance with the customer's schedules.

Production Controller Responsibilities:

Producing data cards to support the contractual requirements and facilitate shipping
Dealing with rejections/queries in a timely manner 
Raising of material inspection and receiving reports using SAP
Working within an online web portal, inputting data for material inspection
Management of customer order book and delivery reports
Identify any items overdue or at risk of becoming late to production  plan
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure root cause and corrective actions have been identified and implemented
Ensure timely progress of items through data item completion through to hand over process
Work proactively with the Production and control departments  

Desirable Experience:

Experience in data processing and process
Experience within Aerospace, defence or automotive sectors
SAP Knowledge
Keen eye for detail
Technical background
PC Literate
Strong administration skills
Team player
