Do you enjoy analysing data and improving processes?

As a Process Engineer you will be part of a team that improves our production processes, whilst one day will never be the same as the next, a typical day might look like this;

• · Analysing yesterdays production data with the view of improving quality or delivery tomorrow
  
  
• · Working with the production team on improvement ideas using your LEAN skills and experience
  
  
• · Drafting a report or putting together a presentation showing the savings your team have made so far
  
  What do you need to succeed at IFA?
  
  
• · You will have a proven track record in delivering LEAN and Cost Down projects.
  
  
• · You will be used to communicating at all levels of the business and be as happy talking to the production team as you are presenting ideas to our customers.
  
  
• · You are likely to have some experience in a production type environment
  
  
• · You will have great organisational, numeracy and IT skills
  
  
• · You are likely to be qualified to at least HND or similar Level 4 Qualifications
