Job type: Temp-Perm

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.00pm

Rate: £16 - £19ph depending on experience overtime paid at time and half

AMLR is working in partnership with a reputable engineering company who are currently recruiting for a skilled reliable time served Pipe Fitter to join their team.

Specialising in fabrication, pipework, design and installation for over 20 years.

Due to the nature of the market our client supplies into, all candidates must be UK residents.

Responsibilities and Duties are required for the Pipe Fitter role:

· MIG and TIG welding experience

· Experience working with various metals – stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium

· Coded welding

· Industrial background

· Able to use hand tools and power tools

· Able to read and understand detailed engineering drawings

· Able to work with minimal supervision

· Trade test given on interview

Qualifications and Skills are required for the Pipe Fitter role:

An Apprenticeship or equivalent City & Guilds qualification is desirable

Minimum 3 years welding experience
