Survitec now has an exciting opportunity for you to come on board as our new People Assistant in our Dunmurry Grange House office.
You will implement and perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping and handle sensitive employee and company information, which requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Contribute to the development and testing of HR data and HR management systems to ensure the collection of relevant data in line with defined requirements
• Deliver accurate and timely processing of all monthly payroll actions to support smooth running of the overall payroll process
• Resolve queries from internal customers by providing appropriate employee information, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy and ensuring adherence to data protection and company data access guidelines
• Initiate and monitor the administration of onboarding and/or offboarding processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently and on time
• Provide support for recruitment activities, including the production of job adverts, sifting CV’s, arranging interviews and monitoring of recruitment response- working pro-actively with the relevant Line Manager to ensure effective time to hire and candidate fit
• Support the wider People and Culture team, in particular the People Business Partner in the mentoring, coaching and guiding of employee relations casework.
The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria
Previous working experience within HR Administration/Assistant role Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships quickly. Excellent IT Skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
