Parachute Packer – Aerospace Manufacturing

Red Sky Personnel is recruiting for a Parachute Packer to join a world-class aerospace manufacturer based in Denham. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a team that contributes directly to life-saving equipment used in high-performance military aircraft.

Role Overview:

  • Pack parachutes and drogues in accordance with technical specifications

  • Draw parts from satellite stores and complete batch records accurately

  • Inspect parachutes for flaws and note findings in history sheets

  • Prepare and operate presses to compress parachutes/drogues per engineering drawings

  • Collaborate with development teams on prototypes and testing methods

    Requirements:

  • Previous experience in parachute packing is highly desirable

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications

  • Background in engineering or manufacturing environments

  • Excellent attention to detail and conscientious approach to quality

  • A collaborative team player with a responsible work ethic
