Are you a Paint Shop Supervisor or similar looking to join a market leading company with an excellent benefits package?

This company play a vital role within wider group operations as a rapidly growing Aerospace non-automated Surface Treatments facility. This NadCap approved facility provides essential surface treatments, anodising, mask and paint finish and NDT to both the wider group and its own dedicated customer base. Following a large investment in 2019 they have continually diversified, offering an extremely efficient and professional service to all clients.

This role will see the suitable candidate prepare and paint a variety of jobs in the department, whilst setting out the teams work schedules to achieve quality work within client deadlines. The right individual will have experience leading a team and extensive experience within a paint shop.
