Our Offering

Competitive wages - up to $28.78 per hour + shift premiums (wage is assigned based on skill and ability and position);

Your Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate all packaging and spin washing equipment as required by work instructions/specifications.


Assist in maintaining an inventory of packing materials. Match proper inserts and boxes with the correct individual bearing sizes using the packing set up sheet as a guide.
Ensure proper matching of bearing serial numbers with respect to packaging labelling and associated paperwork.
Record routine data and count bearings or parts as directed.
Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards. 
Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process. Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner.
Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems. 
Required to train other operators as needed. 
May be required to work in other departments or occasionally to set up a process for others to operate.
Ability to read and interpret production printsas required.
Requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required work.

Your Qualifications

Education: Grade 12 diploma


Experience: Mechanical aptitude
