A prestigious Aerospace business is looking for an Operations Manager to join the team! 

Along with a salary of up to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive a range of benefits. 

As Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Leading a large team of Operators and Team Leaders across multiple sites in an Aerospace environment.  
Mentoring, developing and growing the internal team.
Processing documentation and administration.
Organising stock, materials and schedules.
Using lean management tools, such as 5s and Sigma Six.
Being hands on, supporting with operations and being flexible with working hours in busy periods.
We’re looking for an Operations Manager with:

Previous experience of managing team performance.
A strong understanding of Health & Safety.
A strong understanding of IT and computer systems.
Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
You will be working Monday-Thursday, 07:15-17:00, with flexibility required as you will be managing across multiple sites.
