This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled NPI Engineer to take on a pivotal role in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. The position, based in Redditch, focuses on managing and delivering new product introduction processes within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Description

Oversee the end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) process to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans and risk assessments.
Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and technical specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.Profile

A successful NPI Engineer should have:

A strong background in Engineering & Manufacturing, particularly within the Aerospace/Automotive sector
Proven expertise in managing new product introduction (NPI) projects.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in project management and manufacturing.Job Offer

£45'000 to £55'000, depending on experience.
