Role: Senior Account Manager / Commercial Manager / Customer Account Manager / Internal Sales Manager - Department Manager
Salary: £52,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus Bonus, Life Assurance, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), Pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
Location: Commutable of Farnborough, Aldershot, Guildford, Alton, Camberley, Wokingham, Bracknell and surrounding areas

This role is working in a fast-moving machining and aerospace manufacturing environment. We are currently recruiting an exciting, rare and brand new job opportunity to join a growing company who are in search of an experienced Manager with Aerospace Experience to oversee their Client Orders and Accounts Management team. This team are responsible for all full process from sales orders and quotations to manufacture, delivery and payment. The team are responsible for maximizing on all accounts and providing customer service excellence.

This is a varied and challenging role, and would suit someone who is career driven, motivated, passionate and hungry for success. Responsibilities

You will take ownership of key customer accounts and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for leading and managing the account management team to drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships. This role will oversee key customer relationships, develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure business meets performance, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. You will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a track record of success in account management and customer success in an Aerospace Industry - this could be those working directly in the industry or those who manufacture parts for the Industry.

Client Relationship Management & Maximization

Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Support

Requirements

Experience of similar level role; must be a department manager
Experience of a role involving Account Management, Sales Management, Commercial Management etc.
Staff management experience - motivate, drive and lead a team
Strong computer and data analysis and manipulation skills including the use of Excel
Motivated and hunger to take on a senior level role and be part of the companies future and success
