Position Overview:

We are seeking talented and driven Mechanical Engineers at multiple experience levels Intermediate, Senior, and Principal to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across various sectors, including [mention sectors: e.g., manufacturing, energy, automotive, aerospace, or product design]. The ideal candidates will bring a passion for mechanical design, problem-solving, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Level):

All Levels:

Develop and design mechanical systems, components, and products.
Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Conduct simulations and testing to validate mechanical designs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Intermediate-Level Engineers:

Assist in the preparation of technical reports and design documentation.
Contribute to project timelines and assist senior engineers with execution.
Participate in design reviews and integrate feedback effectively.

Senior-Level Engineers:

Lead medium-scale projects or workstreams with minimal supervision.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
Oversee supplier and subcontractor engagement for component sourcing and manufacturing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering function.

Principal-Level Engineers:

Take full ownership of large-scale or high-impact engineering projects.
Define technical strategy and contribute to long-term innovation planning.
Serve as a subject matter expert in mechanical design, materials, or systems integration.
Represent the company in technical discussions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Provide leadership, direction, and coaching across multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required for All Levels:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Masters preferred for Senior/Principal).
Proficiency with CAD and FEA tools.
Strong understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, and materials science.

Intermediate:

2-5 years of relevant industry experience.

Senior:

5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of delivering engineering projects.

Principal:

10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership in project delivery and innovation.

Key Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
