Position: Mechanical Assembler

Salary: £13.00ph - £16:50ph

Location: Wickford

Hours: 08:00am - 16:30pm - Full Time 40 hours per week -

Proactive are currently in search of multiple Mechanical Assemblers for a world leading Aerospace and Automotive company based in Essex. They are at the forefront of delivering the parts that matters to their customers. Through innovation and collaboration, they have put their customers ahead of the competition in the automotive and aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the mechanical assembly of company products.
Achieve production targets and
Work from engineering drawings.
Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and law.
Use of various hand tools
Clock in/out and fill in timecards correctly.
Promote safe and efficient systems, assembly, and production.
Communicate to the Team Leader, Assembly Manager or Workshop Manager giving feedback on all aspects that would affect completion or quality of our products.
Assist in inspections of products if required. - DesirableExperience

Previous experience in either of the following areas would be beneficial but not mandatory :

Automation / Automotive / Aerospace / Defence /Manufacturing / Production / Engineering
Mechanical Fitting / Assembly / Technician / Maintenance / Repair / Servicing
Pneumatics / Hydraulics / Pumps / Valves / Gears / Bearings
Inspection / Testing / Quality Check
Excellent team player
