What You'll Be Doing

Driving New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, turning concepts into production reality.

Developing and improving sheet metal manufacturing processes.

Creating clear, practical process documentation and work instructions.

Rolling up your sleeves to provide hands-on support on the shop floor.

Solving problems, removing bottlenecks, and making processes leaner, safer, and more efficient.

Ensuring everything we do meets AS9100 and aerospace quality standards.

What We're Looking For

We don't need decades of experience - but we do need the essentials:
