At our GKN Filton site, we specialise in the design and manufacture of large complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic components and wing systems for a combination of both civil and military aircraft. We have an new exciting and career defining opportunity for a Maintenance Manager 

How You'll Contribute

Manage a team delivering 24/7 maintenance to a CNC machine shop Ensure PPM is completed on time while supporting with operational requirements Drive asset uptime and reliability through tactical and strategic activities Drive HSE culture and ensure all requirements are met Support quality and manufacturing engineering in delivering right first time components Collect and analyse data to support continuous improvement activities Manage financial budget to maximise value Manage contractors and ensure services are delivered in line with expectations Planning and management of maintenance and overhauls Drive TPM

We are looking for people who want to make a difference, talented members with the skills and passions to become the best of the future in what they do. The Maintenance Manager will have excellent organisational and verbal and non-verbal communication skills with positive can-do attitude. They will have the ability to working autonomously and also part of a wider team. Data driven and able to be flexible in their approach.
