You will be joining a specialist, sector-focused global law firm, based in their lovely new City of London offices. Reporting into the Aerospace Client Account Manager, you will be supporting with the management of client funds relating to the Aerospace group. They are a collaborative and creative organisation that priorities team-work and a good work-life balance.

Your new role

Update the client accountant records and statements for clients

Liaise internally to resolve queries and ensure balances are returned to clients at the end of a matter

Post client transactions to Elite 3E

Assist with quarterly reporting

Check and process Aerospace settlements and third part costs

Process client to office bill payments

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 3 years' legal cashiering experience Good knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules Experience with on-line international payments Elite 3E experience Be an enthusiastic team player Be customer focused
